What this policy covers

It explains how we handle the data of people who visit this website, people who write to us or call us, and trade customers who sign up and place orders with us, including through the Viaviventi app.

What data we process

  • When you visit the website: technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit, which the server records so that the website works and to protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
  • If you write to us or call us (WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram): your name, your number or username, the name of your shop and whatever you tell us.
  • If you sign up as a customer: your business details (company name, trading name, tax ID, billing and delivery addresses) and those of your contact person (name, phone and email).
  • If you place orders: the garments, quantities, amounts, invoices, payments and deliveries.

We do not ask for special categories of data (such as health data). Our website and app are aimed at adult professionals.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions.
  • To check that you are a professional and manage your customer sign-up.
  • To prepare, invoice and ship your orders, and to handle issues and returns.
  • To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax.
  • If you are already a customer, to send you news about our collection. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To protect the website from fraud, bots and misuse.

Legal basis

  • Questions, customer sign-up and orders: necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request and to perform the contract (art. 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
  • Invoicing, accounting and tax: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Website security, dealing with business contact persons and news for customers: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR, art. 19 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and art. 21.2 LSSI-CE).

How long we keep it

  • Questions that do not lead to a business relationship: as long as needed to answer them and one year at most.
  • Customers: for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law: 6 years for commercial records (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and 4 years for tax records (Spanish General Tax Law).
  • News about our collection: until you ask us to stop.
  • Website technical logs: only as long as needed for security and to resolve incidents.

After those periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Only the following have access to it, and only when needed:

  • The providers that host and run the website and the app. They act as data processors under contract and may only use the data to provide that service to us.
  • Our tax and accounting advisers.
  • The carriers that deliver your orders.
  • The banks and payment institutions that handle payments.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta), when you choose to talk to us through those apps, and Apple or Google, when you download the app. Each handles the data under its own privacy policy.
  • Public authorities and courts, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers (for example, hosting providers, Meta, Apple or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

  • give you access to your data;
  • correct it if it is inaccurate;
  • erase it;
  • stop processing it or restrict how we use it;
  • give it to you in a format you can take to another company (portability);
  • stop sending you news.

Write to us at viaviventi@gmail.com or at C. Riaño, 14, 28947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid), Spain, saying which right you want to exercise and giving us something to identify you. We will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), access is limited to authorised staff and there are checks against bots and unauthorised access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the law or the way we work changes. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
